Tenant Information
In order to view any of our vacant rental properties, we ask all prospective tenants to supply us with photo identification e.g. drivers license. An appointment is then made to meet with one of our staff members at the property to explain the terms of the lease and to thouroughly view the property and facilities.
An application must then be completed by all occupants over the age of 16. Accompanying the application, each person must supply 100 points of identification.
If your application is successful, you will need to supply a bond of minimum 4 weeks rent, pay 2 weeks rent and a $15 lease fee to commence renting.
