Ray White Warrawong's principals were all locally born and raised in Port Kembla, Lake Heights and Warrawong and have settled and live with their own families in Port Kembla and Berkeley. Combined they have over 40 years Rreal estate experience and local knowledge.

Giovanni and Angela Zappia started the business in 1998. Rade Brbevski joined the partnership in 2000. Today they are all committed and actively involved with the business full-time. Between them they speak fluent Italian and Macedonian.

Giovanni Zappia specialises in selling established businesses, residential and commercial properties. Angela specialises in investment properties, leasing and represents investors/landlords at the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, and she is the Property Manager. Rade is a Justice of the Peace, the residential sales manager and IT specialist. All principals actively manage and give advice in their specialised fields and are available to liaise with on a full-time basis.
